Thai hotel is not true to name no Spa but in this part of the worl everything has the word Spa on the end. No Spa at this horel. Nice old antique hotel with all the normal features. Getting tired in age but then everything is tired in this part of world. A friendly quiet stay with just normal comfort.
Steps mto themrooms for old people. The rooms were a bit musty.
Good location, easy walking distance to night markets. Friendly staff.
Dark room, minimal natural light if privacy needed. Poor bed, very hard and springs coming through. Hotel grounds disappointedly unkept & tired looking. You could find better value for money elsewhere.
The Hotel is extremely well-located, the staff is incredible nice and welcoming. My wife and I had a great time in Luang Prabang and this hotel helps the entire experience quite a lot, as it is just a few steps from the two main roads of the town. The Rooms are good, with perfect air-con, hot shower, spacious and with an incredible furniture.
Good position in the centre of Luang Prabang, close to the night market and palace. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff friendly.
Ramayana is at the center of Luang Prabang. Very near temples, markets, restaurants, and stores.
Great location, very close to the night market, walking distance to everything. Breakfast changed daily and had a good variety. Room was of a good size. There were some issues with the water and tv on the night we arrived but they were given immediate attention which is great. Staff were also all great, recommended
Ideally located in Lunag Prabang, beautiful rooms with Lao furniture and the main building is a former Lao Palace. Enchanting.
The room was pretty good. Breakfast was excellent with big variety.
The light in the room is really poor
Only the location
Room was dusty, smelt very musty , poor breakfast
Great location and friendly staff.
They would not accept my AmEx card and charged a 3% service fee for using my debit card. Since I booked a room with a card, I assumed that I could pay for it with a card without a fee.
Given the price the hotel was OK and some staff very friendly.
The hotel is next to a dubious "Karaoke" place. Some of the hotel staff spoke almost no English. The hotel´s driver that picked us up from the airport tried to sell us tours to the Angkor sites at a higher price than the hotel charges.
Great location, close to morning and night market. Rooms decorated in a funny way (unfortunately difficult to clean)
